Cut, fold, and glue to make hexagon gift boxes with integral top and bottom lids that close with fold-in flaps. These printable box patterns include three graduated sizes that stack for display and nest for compact storage, plus a tall hexagon box for taller gifts. All four boxes fold flat when not in use.
All patterns print on Letter/A4 cardstock. Print on white or colored cardstock, or on the reverse side of decorative cardstock for custom gift packaging.

Each pattern is a PDF file that prints on standard Letter/A4 paper.
Print the hexagon box pattern onto white or color cardstock or Bristol board.
Tip: Print the pattern on the reverse side of decorative cardstock for custom gift boxes, or wrap the finished box with ribbon for a simple decorative accent.
Cut out the box pattern on the solid black outline.
Tip: Straight cuts make stronger boxes that fit together more neatly.
Score all fold lines using a ruler and a bone folder or an empty ballpoint pen.
Fold the lids and lid flaps on the fold lines, then flatten the pattern again.
Fold the glue tab and each side panel on the fold lines, then flatten the pattern again.
Tip: Sharpen each fold by firmly running your thumbnail or a bone folder along the crease.
Apply glue along the entire length of the glue tab.
Shape the box into a hexagon and glue the tab to the inside of the last side.
Tip: Hold the glued seam together until it sets before closing the lids.
Fold in the bottom flaps and close the bottom lid, tucking its flap inside the box. Repeat for the top lid.
Tip: To strengthen the box, glue the bottom flaps and lid permanently in place. Or leave the lids unglued so the box remains collapsible and stores flat.
