Cut, fold, and glue to make pentagon-shaped gift boxes with attached, overlapping lids for a secure closure. These printable box patterns include nesting gift boxes in three sizes plus a tall pentagon box, perfect for favors, jewelry, candy, keepsakes, and other small gifts.
All patterns print on Letter/A4 cardstock. Print on white or colored cardstock, or on the reverse side of decorative cardstock for custom gift packaging. The nesting boxes stack beautifully for gift presentation or compact storage.

Each pattern is a PDF file that prints on standard Letter/A4 paper.
Print the pentagon box pattern onto white or colored cardstock.
Tip: Print the patterns on the reverse side of decorative cardstock for custom gift boxes, or print the pattern on plain cardstock and adhere decorative paper to the back before assembling.
Cut out the box pattern on the solid black outline.
Tip: Straight cuts make stronger boxes that fit together more neatly.
Score all fold lines using a ruler and a bone folder or an empty ballpoint pen.
Fold each side panel and glue tab, then unfold to prepare the box and lid for assembly.
Tip: Sharpen each fold by firmly running your thumbnail or a bone folder along the crease.
Shape the box into a pentagon, glue the tabs to the inside, then repeat for the lid.
Tip: Use paperclips or mini binder clips to hold the glued seams while they dry. Decorate the box before assembly if desired, but be sure the lid still fits easily over the completed box.
