Printable Pillow Box Patterns

Print, fold, and package with style

Cut, fold, and glue to create elegant pillow-shaped gift boxes with curved sides and fold-in ends. These printable pillow boxes store flat when not in use and are easy to reopen and reuse.

All patterns print on Letter/A4 cardstock. Print on colored or decorative cardstock and add ribbon or stickers to create custom packaging for party favors, wedding treats, jewelry, candy, gift cards, and other small gifts.

Medium 4¼"x4½" Jewelry, handmade soaps, candy, scarves, or wedding favors
Smaller 3½"x3¾" Gift cards, earrings, wrapped chocolates, or small keepsakes
Tiny 3"x3½" and 2½"x2" Party favors, mints, small candies, charms, or tiny trinkets

Medium Pillow Box (4¼"x4½")
Printable Medium Pillow Box pattern (4 1/4-inch by 4 1/2-inch)
Smaller Pillow Box (3½"x3¾")

Each pattern is a PDF file that prints on standard Letter/A4 paper.

Here's what you need:
  • Cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Ruler (for scoring)
  • Optional: Bone folder or empty ballpoint pen, decorative paper, ribbon, stickers, craft knife and cutting mat

Instructions

  1. Print the pillow box pattern onto white or colored cardstock.

    To transfer a pattern to cardboard or other materials that cannot be printed directly, see the instructions in the Rectangular Box & Lid project.

  2. Cut around the box pattern on the solid black lines.

  3. Score the thin fold lines—both straight and curved.

  4. Fold the box in half and glue the side tab to the inside edge.

    Allow the glue to dry before shaping and closing the ends.

  5. Gently shape the box and push in the curved end flaps to close the box.
